|AARC coordinated with the Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) to strengthen fiscal accountability through the introduction of an integrated Financial Management Information System (ERP – FIMS).
AARC helped in delivering the following:
- A comprehensive integrated web-based Enterprise FiMS that provides and enhances the financial budget and accounting processes to improve fiscal accountability and transparency
- Providing technical advice and coaching the Financial Management (FM) Business Improvement Implementation Project (BIIP) Team and Core Team to ensure sustainability of use of the existing financial management system (eNGAS/eBudget) in all Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) offices and to coach with the roll out of the version 2
- Coordinating with the Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) Human Resource and Administrative Service (HRAS) to detail the technical requirements of the Human Resource processes to be included in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software requirements implementation
